This week, there’s a chance to have your say on a new neighbourhood health model in Tavistock.

Residents are invited to come to Tavistock Town Hall on Wednesday, September 23, between 10am and 4pm, to give their views the local NHS and community services.

The plan, to make it easier for people to “get the right support earlier, closer to home and in a more joined-up way”, needs local’s thoughts and views as it prepares to roll out.

GPs, community services, mental health, social care, voluntary organisations and other local partners will be “working together more closely” as the NHS aims to shape healthcare and community services around local needs.
