A DIVERSION route to the Crowndale Recycling Centre in Tavistock will be set up for a six week period during July and August whilst South West Water carries out an essential upgrade to the sewer in Crowndale Road.
In a statement to the Times this week a South West Water spokesperson said: ‘From July 14 we will be carrying out an essential upgrade to the sewer on Crowndale Road, Tavistock.
‘To ensure this work can be completed safely, a section of Crowndale Road will be temporarily closed until August 26 and a diversion in place.
‘While this is an essential improvement project, we will look to complete the work with as little disruption as possible and we would like to thank customers for their understanding.’
