Members of Tavistock Rugby Club (TRFC) have raised a fantastic £1,425 for men’s health by once again joining in with Movember.
Between them they raised money by ‘growing the Mo’ moustache.
The Movember Foundation helps contribute to over 1000 charities.
A growing number of men – around 10.8m globally – are facing life with a prostate cancer diagnosis. Globally, testicular cancer is the most common cancer among young men. And across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 69% of all suicides.
Members of TRFC have not only raised money but also awareness within the club and the wider community about the importance of staying healthy both mentally and physically.
TFRC would like to thank all those who have supported Movember.
