A MAN has appeared in court charged with failing to stop after an accident at Denham Bridge near Yelverton, failure to report an accident and having no insurance.

Darren John Luckham of Clittaford Road, Plymouth appeared before Plymouth Magistrates on three charges and pleaded guilty to failing to report an accident but not guilty to the other charges. The offences relate to July 16, 2022.

The case was adjourned to March 24.
